How can I backup my contacts with Sync.ME?

To create a Backup of your contacts in Sync.ME app, please follow the instructions below:

1. Go to the Contacts section and tap on the Backup button. 

2. In the screen below, you'll see Sync.ME creating a backup file for your contacts.

3. The screen below will appear after the backup has been completed by Sync.ME.

4. Tap on Send Backup File.

5. Sync.ME will open your email so you can send the backup file. Type the email address you would like to send the file to and tap on Send.

How to import the Backup file:

Step 1: Open the Mail app on your iPhone to view the VCF file you sent. 

Step 2: Tap on the VCF file to open it > click on 'Share' button in the bottom left corner > swipe left and select 'More'> Tap 'Contacts' > Add all contacts > Click on 'Save'.

Please Note:

1. Sync.ME does not save this file anywhere else and cannot restore this information for you.

2. The file may be used to restore the contacts using many apps and services, such as the iPhone itself. It can also be used to restore contacts or import/move contacts between platforms such as Google Contacts, Outlook, iTunes, iCloud, etc.
