When installing Sync.ME or updating your registered phone number, you may be asked to verify your number using an SMS code sent to your phone. If verification is required, simply enter the code received via SMS in the app to confirm ownership of your phone number.
If you’re unable to receive the SMS, you can choose to receive an automated voice call instead — a recorded message will read the verification code aloud.
If you don’t receive either the SMS or the voice call, please contact us at support@sync.me.
Note: Some users are not required to verify by SMS. If you’ve completed registration and can use the app normally, there’s no need to wait for a verification code.
