How to enable Live Caller ID?

Live Caller ID enables you to effortlessly recognize incoming calls by providing all pertinent information. 

Let's set it up!

Ensure Real-Time Caller ID with iOS 18.3.1 or Later

Go to the iPhone device Settings -> Phone -> Call Blocking & Identification -> enable Sync.ME Part 1 toggle -> enable Sync.ME Part 2. 

Important: make sure Sync.ME Part 2 is on the first place in the order (as on the screenshot).

If it's not the first in the list, click on the upper right button to edit -> drag & drop Sync.ME Part 2 to the first in order.
